Camille Laurent

Camille Laurent has sold property on the Côte d’Azur since 2008, and has spent almost all of that time within twenty kilometres of Cap d’Antibes. She joined LISTED CASA in 2019 to build the firm’s Southern France practice.

Her work is concentrated on the peninsulas — Cap d’Antibes, Cap Ferrat, Cap Martin — where transactions are rarely public and almost never quick. She estimates that two thirds of the sales she has handled were introduced privately, several of them to families she first met a decade before they were ready to move.

Before real estate she read law at Aix-Marseille and spent four years in notarial practice in Nice, which is a less unusual background here than it sounds: French property transfers run through the notaire, and understanding that machinery from the inside is the difference between a sale that completes in ten weeks and one that drags into the following season.

She works in French, English and Italian, and lives in Mougins with two badly behaved lurchers.
