By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may revise them from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.

02What this website is

This site is a marketing and information service. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a contract. A residence is only sold, and a tenancy only granted, under a written agreement signed by the parties and completed through the appropriate legal process for that jurisdiction.

Availability, price and terms may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice, including after you have viewed a property.

03Property particulars

We describe our verification process openly on Our Approach. That process is real, and it is not a survey. Particulars, dimensions, plans, photography and film are prepared as a guide to a property; they are not a statement of fact, a warranty, or a substitute for your own inspection and professional advice.

• Areas and dimensions are approximate and may be measured to different conventions in different markets.
• Floor plans are indicative and not to scale.
• Where a location is marked approximate, the map and address shown are deliberately imprecise to protect the owner’s privacy.
• Photography is not digitally altered to misrepresent a room, a view or a boundary, but it is taken at a moment in particular light.

Before committing to a purchase or tenancy you should commission your own survey, obtain independent legal advice, and verify anything that matters to your decision.

04No professional advice

Nothing on this site — including market commentary, neighbourhood guides and advisor insights — is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it must not be relied on as such. Property values can fall as well as rise. Speak to a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction before acting.

05Advisors and offices

Advisor profiles show credentials, licences and market coverage that we have verified at the point of admission and review periodically. Verification confirms that a registration exists and is current; it is not a guarantee of any advisor’s conduct, performance or advice.

Advisors act for the party who instructs them. Where an advisor represents a seller, they do not act for you as a buyer, and you should consider your own representation.

06Intellectual property

The design of this site, its written particulars, photography, film and floor plans are owned by LISTED CASA or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a property.

You may not reproduce, republish, license or use our content commercially, and you may not scrape, crawl or systematically extract listing or advisor data — by any means, including automated ones — without our written permission.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing, or to contact advisors for any purpose other than a genuine property enquiry.
• Submit information that is false, misleading, or belongs to someone else without their consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or interfere with its operation.
• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.

08Third-party content and links

Some parts of this site embed or link to services we do not control, including mapping, photography, messaging and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

09Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, opportunity or anticipated saving, arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the storage this site uses is listed in the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country.
