Nadia Okonkwo leads LISTED CASA International from London, advising families and family offices whose property interests sit across the United Kingdom, West Africa and the Gulf.
She began at a Mayfair agency in 2010 covering prime central London, and opened her own advisory in 2016 after noticing that her best clients were being handled by three unconnected agencies in three cities, none of which knew what the others were doing. LISTED CASA acquired the practice in 2023.
The work is as much structuring as selling: cross-border ownership, currency exposure, and the practical question of how a house in Ikoyi and a house in Chelsea sit inside the same estate. She is a member of STEP and works closely with the firm’s private-client counsel.
She grew up between Lagos and Surrey, read economics at LSE, and speaks English, Igbo, French and conversational Arabic.
