Eleanor Hayes runs the LISTED CASA West Coast practice from Los Angeles and has represented buyers and sellers on the Malibu coast since 2004.
Her focus is the beachfront: Broad Beach, Carbon, Point Dume and the Colony. It is a market of roughly four hundred houses in which perhaps twenty change hands in a year, and she has been on one side or the other of a good share of them.
She is a certified negotiation expert and has taught the firm’s advisor programme on coastal-permitting risk since 2021 — a subject that sounds dry until a stair to the sand is the reason a sale does or does not happen.
